What is a webinar?
The term webinar is a combination of “web” and “seminar”. It is therefore a seminar that is held on the World Wide Web. Especially in times of crisis, webinars have several advantages. Management teams and trainers can hold online pieces of training over wide areas without having to get in direct contact with each other. Further advantages are that no travel is necessary for quick sessions to exchange information or obtain input. This reduces the ecological footprint and saves costs for the company. Saved expenses can be invested in further training measures.
